Denise Balthis is a dedicated professional with over 25 years in the real estate merchandising industry. Merchandising is the marketing methods and techniques of presenting products for sale. Her experiences include being a top sales professional in the mortgage industry, a highly skilled and profitable real estate investor and landlord as well as a rehab expert, usually seen donning a hard hat and sledge hammer, transforming fixer uppers into profitable real estate ventures. Aesthetics, design and merchandising are passions of Ms. Balthis who earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Her innate ability to put that extra touch earned her accolades from her professional association, the International Association of Home Staging Professionals and StagedHomes.com. Barb Schwarz, the creator of Home Staging, personally selected her to participate with other ASP's for a segment on the Today Show that aired in June 2006. She is also a member of IAHSP - International Association of Home Staging Professionals and a founding member and Co-president of the Jacksonville Regional Chapter. A community leader, she is president of the Dolphin Cove Community Association. In her spare time, she was trained and awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the St. Johns County Sheriffs Office Civilian Law Enforcement Academy.
